- I wish to open a Blocked Account with X-patrio in partnership with ECO-Escrow based on the information provided. I have downloaded and read the 02 Pre-Contractual Information.
- I have read, understood and downloaded the 03 Depositor Information Sheet.
- I have been informed about my revocation rights as part of the General Terms and Conditions and the 04 Distance Selling Act Information Sheet.
- I agree that X-patrio and ECO-Escrow are authorized to make certain information available to any German authority or university authority relevant to the application in accordance with the 01 Special Terms and Conditions.
- I hereby confirm that I am not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP).
